About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and continuously improve a sophisticated User Control Panel that encourages user trust and loyalty for continuous recurring growth
Develop and maintain a high-quality codebase
Continuously improve code and performance
Mentor colleagues on web development best practices and provide technical guidance
Influence the overall vision and long-range goals of the team
Perform R&D operations when required
Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience working with Go and/or PHP
Proven experience building microservices and knowledge of microservices patterns
Understanding of OOP principles and good code design
Knowledge of API design
Good MySQL knowledge
Experience working with Git
Familiarity with Golang, PHP, Kubernetes, MySQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, and Grafana
Ability to work from the office 3 times per week
Based in Vilnius or Kaunas and able to work from there
