About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies across diverse global media channels
Partner with Brand, Marketing, and Social & Editorial Content teams on high-impact initiatives
Build and maintain relationships with priority media outlets, industry stakeholders, and influential external audiences worldwide
Analyze technology, cybersecurity, and AI trends to identify content ideas and proactive PR initiatives
Produce high-quality media content and quickly master new topics across multiple verticals
Prioritize, manage, and drive multiple PR campaigns from ideation through execution
Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and optimize workflows
Shape communications for a tech incubator, AI venture, startup community, and Nord Security’s local employer-branding PR

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in public relations and communications
Fluency in spoken and written English and Lithuanian
Exceptional copywriting skills adaptable to different brands and audiences
Strong understanding of international communications, market nuances, media ecosystems, and stakeholder expectations across Europe and beyond
Sound judgment, discretion, resilience, and confidence in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
Ability to collaborate, compromise, and align stakeholders with differing viewpoints
Comfortable using data and insights to shape communications strategy and measure campaign impact
Genuine interest in technology and willingness to continuously learn
Highly proactive, can-do attitude
