About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT teams
Conduct competency-based HR interviews to assess candidates’ cultural and professional fit
Collaborate with and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle
Develop expertise in company products and understand hiring needs, position specifications, and search requirements
Analyze and work with recruitment data
Investigate new ideas and create innovative recruitment strategies
Build and maintain professional relationships to develop a highly qualified candidate pool
Recruit for NordVPN product engineering areas including Infrastructure, Core, Threat Protection, and Product Security
Build Coveron and NordLocker technology teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 2 years of successful recruiting experience in IT
Experience working with recruitment tools and social platforms
Solid understanding of recruitment metrics
Analytical skills, including ability to analyze, identify, and track performance
Highly organized and tech-savvy personality
Positive and can-do attitude
Eagerness to try new things and think outside the box
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
Clear and effective communication
Data-driven approach
Fluency in English
Must be based in Vilnius or Kaunas and able to work from there
Must be able to work from the office 3 times per week
