Requirements
5-7+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development in employee benefits, SaaS or related industries
Proven track record of building and maintaining productive partnerships resulting in measurable revenue growth
Strong understanding of employee benefits products, benefits administration platforms, broker ecosystem, sales cycles and integration requirements.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with success building networks and long-term client partnerships
Outstanding presentation and communication abilities, both written and verbal
