About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and improve core sales processes
- Partner with Sales leaders to identify gaps and drive operational improvements
- Ensure pipeline hygiene, data accuracy, and clear reporting structures
- Translate business needs into structured requirements for systems improvements
- Support and optimize sales workflows across inbound, outbound, account management and channel sales
- Monitor key metrics and proactively identify risks or inefficiencies
- Support change management and adoption of new tools and processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar roles
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales processes and pipeline management
- Experience working closely with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and reporting
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Structured, proactive, and ownership-driven mindset
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
