About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain and improve data quality in CRM systems
- Support data uploads, cleanup, and enrichment
- Assist with lead assignment, routing, and basic workflow execution
- Support sales team with pipeline updates and operational requests
- Help prepare and maintain reports and dashboards
- Execute and maintain existing processes and workflows
- Support documentation of processes and best practices
- Assist senior team members with ongoing projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- 0-2 years of experience in a data, operations, or administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and structured way of working
- Comfortable working with data (Excel or Google Sheets)
- Eagerness to learn CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus)
- Organized, reliable, and proactive mindset
- Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate
- Interest in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations as a career path.
