About the role

  • Design and develop production-grade solutions in Rust, Go or C
  • Solve security, performance, privacy, and networking problems at scale
  • Collaborate with Low-Level and SRE teams from architecture to deployment

Requirements

  • Habit of going deep: reading RFCs, tracking kernel changelogs
  • Strong ownership mindset to lead and deliver software
  • Solid software engineering knowledge in a strongly typed language
  • Deep understanding of Linux OS (firewalls, routing, etc.)
  • Advanced knowledge of networking protocols (UDP, TCP, etc.)
  • Good debugging skills
  • Experience with GitLab and CI/CD principles
  • Contributes to team knowledge through code reviews
  • Knowledge of virtualization or containers
