Developing innovative and compelling design concepts for campaigns and marketing projects
Working with different NordSecurity products
Designing creative assets for various marketing channels
Partnering with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life
Ensuring designs align with brand guidelines and quality standards
Staying on top of design trends
Contributing to visual and creative direction by brainstorming and pitching new concepts
Taking ownership of projects and managing feedback
Mentoring and inspiring other designers on the team

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience in marketing design within digital environments or creative agencies
Proficiency in design tools like Figma and the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Familiarity with integrating AI image generative tools into your creative process
A passion for design with attention to detail
A collaborative mindset
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong communication, prioritization, and ownership skills
Comfort in fast-paced environments
Excellent written and verbal English
Provide a link to your portfolio showcasing design skills
