About the role
- Build a totally new sophisticated microservices system for the new eSim Product
- Create features for multi-dimensional personalization, A/B experimentation, and analytics
- Develop and maintain a high-quality codebase
- Seek to constantly improve code and performance
- Mentor colleagues on development best practices
- Influence the overall vision and long-range goals of the team
- Perform R&D operations as required
- Utilize AI agents for specifications, coding, analysis, testing, and iteration
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team and ensure smooth communication
Requirements
- Experience working with Go (4+ years)
- System design experience and knowledge of design patterns
- Familiarity with K8s and microservice architecture is a plus
- Experience with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (Cassandra, Redis)
- Previous experience with Kafka
- Strong product mindset with focus on problems and outcomes
- Curiosity about AI and excitement to work with agents
