About the role
- Own infrastructure problems end-to-end — from code to user
- Enable team code quality, speed and deployment processes
- Ensure zero downtime for different environments and projects
- Implement new solutions based on the IaC concept
- Search and implement effective solutions for scaling
- Improve and implement new CI/CD processes
- Utilize AI agents for day-to-day tasks
Requirements
- 4+ years of infrastructure configuration, automation and testing experience
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and ArgoCD
- GitLab CI/CD expertise
- Experience with SQL databases
- Understanding of IaC and its practical application
- Preference for autonomy over process
- Problem and outcome-focused mindset
- Ability to challenge existing solutions
- Quick learning of new technologies
- Curiosity about AI and willingness to work with agents
