Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience managing creative projects in advertising, marketing, digital, or video production
  • Strong understanding of production workflows and creative processes
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • Confidence in decision‑making and ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Experience guiding and supporting team members
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
