About the role

  • Co-own the management of some of our search accounts—primarily Google Ads
  • Designing, optimizing, and scaling B2B PPC campaigns that drive measurable business results
  • Work closely with the broader Growth team to maximize overall impact
  • Influence team OKRs
  • Drive initiatives that improve overall business performance

Requirements

  • 2+ years hands-on Google Ads with at least 5 figure monthly budgets
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with solid experience using Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and similar tools
  • Ability to leverage AI-powered tools (ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini, N8N, etc.) to optimize workflows, analyze data, and drive innovative solutions
  • Hands-on approach and a willingness to get involved in task executionClear communication and ownership mindset
  • B2B experience is a plus
