Proactively identify, evaluate, and initiate non‑traditional growth opportunities and strategic partnerships in Australia with demonstrable ROAS potential (B2B2C partnerships, local brands, events, sponsorships, collaborations)
Regularly present new growth initiatives to internal stakeholders with performance projections, ROAS estimates, and implementation timelines
Provide Australian market insights, competitor analysis, and local trends; proactively flag opportunities or challenges
Track and report Australian market performance metrics/KPIs to inform marketing teams
Represent the brands (NordVPN, NordPass, Saily) at industry and marketing events and networking opportunities
Support product and marketing teams with local expertise, feedback, product testing, and customer insights to ensure effective localization
Collaborate across marketing teams, offering guidance and ideas without direct managerial responsibility
Complete initial onboarding (2–3 weeks) in Vilnius and undertake biannual and regional business travel as required
Requirements
Relevant marketing experience with focus on strategic partnerships, local initiatives, community outreach, or brand collaborations
Proven track record developing and executing high‑ROAS marketing initiatives and partnerships with measurable business impact
Metrics‑driven and analytical; experience building business cases with clear performance projections and ROI estimates
Entrepreneurial, proactive, and able to pitch new ideas and build business relationships independently
Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable working cross‑functionally with global colleagues and stakeholders
Analytical thinker able to quickly interpret market performance data and provide actionable insight
Experience in the travel industry (OTAs, airlines, telco roaming/eSIM, travel retail, tourism boards, or travel partnerships) is an advantage
Australian‑based (role is focused on the Australian market) and good awareness of national events, politics, trends and regulations (tourism, aviation, travel connectivity)
Willingness and ability to travel: biannual visits to Vilnius, regional business trips, and initial 2–3 weeks onboarding in Vilnius
