- Deliver projects on time and oversee key projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor colleagues

Requirements
- Observability: Experience with monitoring tools (OpenSearch, VictoriaMetrics, Prometheus, etc.)
- Databases: Experience with SQL, NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, etc.)
- Data visualization: Ability to build dashboards (Grafana, etc.)
- Alerting: Build anomaly detection and alerting pipelines
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, Rust, or C
- Linux: Strong knowledge of Linux systems (Debian-based)
- Workflow: Experience with workflow automation frameworks
- Configuration management: Knowledge of SaltStack, Ansible, etc.
- Networking: Strong understanding of networking protocols (VPN, DNS, etc.)
- Security: Ability to design secure systems and knowledge of security concepts
