About the role
- Oversee the development of a product for NordProtect users
- Align objectives among developers, designers, and stakeholders
- Manage the product backlog and team priorities
- Monitor product performance and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering teams for quick time-to-market
- Act as the primary point of contact for the product team
- Ensure transparency and visibility of initiatives through regular updates
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
- Previous experience in insurance or financial industries is a plus
- Ability to navigate an ambiguous environment
- Proactive in raising challenges and identifying solutions
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Technical background is a strong plus (bonus)
