About the role

Lead and execute high-impact design projects hands-on, serving as a senior individual contributor.
Set and maintain a high design quality bar through direct ownership of key deliverables.
Develop and evolve the brand’s visual identity across core marketing channels.
Turn business and marketing goals into effective visual solutions.
Collaborate closely with sales, product, web, and marketing teams on cross-functional initiatives.
Incorporate feedback and refine deliverables to ensure clarity, consistency, and impact.
Support and mentor designers’ growth into experts through performance reviews and day-to-day collaboration.
Help plan and prioritize design work across sprints and key initiatives.
Ensure alignment on creative direction and consistency across outputs.
Contribute to a strong, inclusive, and collaborative design culture.

3+ years of experience leading large-scale design projects (B2B experience is a plus).
Experience managing a creative team and conducting performance reviews.
Solid knowledge of design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, AI image generation tools.
Proven expertise in brand identity development.
Familiarity with video production, demand gen advertising, or similar projects.
Awareness of design trends and consumer behavior, with the ability to apply insights.
Strong communication, English language, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
