Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position or technical support role
  • Friendly and helpful personality with excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Constant interest in up-to-date IT technologies and AI news
  • Strong knowledge of English
  • Experience using Jira Service Management, Google Sheets
  • Able to work on your own and take the initiative
  • Strong willingness to learn skills and grasp new concepts.
