Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position or technical support role
- Friendly and helpful personality with excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Constant interest in up-to-date IT technologies and AI news
- Strong knowledge of English
- Experience using Jira Service Management, Google Sheets
- Able to work on your own and take the initiative
- Strong willingness to learn skills and grasp new concepts.
