About the role
- Managing and monitoring a major IT service provider based on defined SLAs
- Preparing forecasts and planning calculations as part of corporate planning
- Coordinating with cost owners and identifying opportunities for cost optimization
- Analyzing data to optimize service area resources and cash desk processes
- Performing economic feasibility assessments
Requirements
- Strong initiative and professional expertise in IT controlling
- Experience in a similar, responsible position
- Familiarity with a bank's regulatory requirements
- Good understanding of business and financial contexts
- Confident use of Microsoft Office applications and governance, risk and compliance (GRC) tools, preferably RiMaGo
- Certified Sparkasse/banking business administrator (Sparkassen-/Bankbetriebswirt) or Bachelor's degree
