Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent Vietnamese and English
- Bachelor’s degree or Professional Diploma
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in project management, budgeting, and resource planning
- Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to build effective working relationships across teams and departments
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
- Open-minded, cultural and social awareness, and able to work effectively with diverse communities
- Proactive, resilient, and able to work independently as well as part of a wider team
- Ability to translate and produce clear, engaging communications when required
