About the role
- Lead and execute The Village School’s internal and external communications strategy.
- Oversee internal communications, school-wide newsletters, website management, event communications, and social media account management.
- Work in close collaboration with the Marketing Manager to align messaging with broader marketing initiatives, enrollment strategies, and brand positioning.
- Maintain a strong focus on community engagement and storytelling for current families, faculty, staff, and prospective families.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in communications, public relations, or related field
- Experience managing websites and content management systems
- Experience managing social media platforms for an organization
- Strong writing, editing, and content development skills.
