About the role
- You will lead financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- You will develop financial models, track performance, and conduct variance analysis.
- You will collaborate with departments to build accurate budgets and forecasts.
- You will oversee financial reporting and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
- You will monitor and improve financial systems and controls to maintain data integrity and compliance.
- You will support billing, invoicing, and collections oversight.
- You will provide professional financial support to staff and families.
Requirements
- You will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You will have 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- You will have strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- You will be able to analyse financial data and communicate insights clearly.
- You will demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills.
- You will have good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in an international or educational environment will be an advantage.
