About the role

  • Coordinate the housing area, responsible for controlling, organizing, and monitoring all activities related to corporate apartments.
  • Ensure correct compliance with the housing policy and assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating area policies and procedures together with the HR Director.
  • Approve purchases related to housing, such as furniture, maintenance, services, and associated expenses, ensuring adherence to budget and internal policies.
  • Coordinate and manage housing contracts, ensuring legal and internal compliance.
  • Conduct periodic internal audits of lease agreements, mandatory insurance (e.g., fire insurance), and other documentation.
  • Serve as the primary contact for employees residing in corporate housing, providing support, guidance, and clarifications.
  • Mediate negotiations with real estate agencies, landlords, and service providers when necessary, including renegotiations, renewals, and contract terminations.
  • Manage and negotiate service provider contracts, evaluate commercial proposals, and support decision-making processes.
  • Monitor contractual deadlines, adjustments, guarantees, payments, and renewals, keeping information up to date in systems and internal controls.
  • Prepare reports and KPIs for the housing area (costs, occupancy, contracts, compliance), supporting leadership in decision-making.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees using housing, including check-in, check-out, and inspections.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure process alignment and compliance.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and propose process, control, and cost optimizations for the area.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related fields.
  • Advanced / fluent English.
  • Prior experience with housing, benefits, contracts, or corporate property management.
  • Experience in negotiation and contract management.
  • Organized, analytical profile with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Intermediate Excel skills and experience preparing reports.
