Develop and drive a comprehensive people strategy aligned with organizational goals
Set strategic goals for employee career mapping and training
Oversee multi-state and multi-entity HR compliance
Act as the strategic architect, aligning human capital strategy with business goals

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
Proven success in multi-state and multi-company HR strategy
Experience in talent, leadership development and expertise in Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP’s) a plus
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field (Masters Preferred)
SHRM-SCO, SPHR, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
