About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide strategic direction and oversight to the HR Culture & Talent Director
- Develop and drive a comprehensive people strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Set strategic goals for employee career mapping and training
- Oversee multi-state and multi-entity HR compliance
- Act as the strategic architect, aligning human capital strategy with business goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Proven success in multi-state and multi-company HR strategy
- Experience in talent, leadership development and expertise in Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP’s) a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field (Masters Preferred)
- SHRM-SCO, SPHR, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
