About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct deep-dive analyses into pipeline, conversion, segmentation, retention, and rep performance
- Approach ambiguous problems with structured problem-solving frameworks
- Build and maintain executive-level dashboards and forecasting models
- Lead end-to-end projects that drive operational improvements across the revenue organization
- Present findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively to GTM leadership
- Serve as the DRI for one or more critical RevOps systems or processes

Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in SaaS RevOps
- Subject matter expert in HubSpot and the modern GTM stack
- Strong analytical foundation
