About the role
- Manage the execution of the department’s demand generation and member engagement strategies aligning with company pipeline goals
- Manage integrated digital marketing campaigns across social media, paid media, social, SEO/SEM, email, content syndication and additional channels to drive lead acquisition and conversion
- Partner with growth marketing leadership to ensure digital marketing efforts deliver measurable impact
- Build and manage a performance framework, tracking KPIs by campaign and tactic, and providing ongoing reporting and optimization insights
- Work closely with Revenue and Marketing Operations to automate workflows, improve attribution, and enable campaign execution at scale
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce friction across campaign delivery
- Hire, develop and lead marketing marketing automation specialist(s), fostering a high performance team culture
- Monitor campaign timelines and execution, providing regular status and updates to stakeholders
- Consistently enhance HubSpot workflows, processes and user experience
- Lead internal meetings, trainings, and discussions related to HubSpot CMS and custom integrations
Requirements
- 5+ years of digital marketing and demand generation experience with a proven record of driving measurable growth
- Demonstrated success managing integrated digital campaigns end to end
- Experience leading cross functional initiatives and building strong stakeholder relationships
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment and work independently
- Advanced HubSpot expertise (required); experience with Pardot or Marketo is a plus
- Salesforce proficiency
- Experience with split/A/B testing, campaign analytics, and performance optimization
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM strategy and execution
- Experience leveraging paid social platforms (LinkedIn, Meta) for targeted B2B/B2C acquisition
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HubL, and related web systems/tools
- API and data mapping experience
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and reporting skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
- Ability to stay current on HubSpot capabilities and digital marketing best practices
- Experience using AI tools to enhance efficiency, insights, and campaign innovation
- Detail-oriented, responsive, resourceful, and comfortable in a remote environment
- Strong communication skills—verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, remote environment
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
