Key responsibilities & impact

Deploy Nomus ERP management software at client sites via online meetings or in-person when required;
Understand clients' processes and needs;
Guide clients in configuring and modeling the software to ensure project success;
Train users on the use of the system;
Enable clients in management practices related to the implementation;
Simulate and validate the implemented routines with client users;
Support clients in the growth of their business, ensuring the solution's benefits are tangible.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed or in-progress degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, or related fields.
Availability to work 40 hours per week in a remote (home-office) arrangement with flexible hours.
Passion for production engineering, business management, and information technology.
A desire to transform the management of small and medium Brazilian manufacturing companies.
Initiative, willingness to learn, and commitment.
At least intermediate English for reading and writing.
Professional experience implementing ERP management software (not mandatory).
Professional experience in manufacturing/processing industries (not mandatory).
Professional experience providing business management consulting services (not mandatory).
