About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Cash Prime Brokerage middle office expert required to help restart the business in NY
Act as a crucial link between the front office (sales and trading) and the back office (settlements and operations)
Manage and control the operational risk associated with prime brokerage activities
Ensure smooth and accurate transaction processing for hedge fund clients and other institutional investors
Resolve trade breaks, discrepancies, and settlement exceptions
Manage cash movements and ensure accurate cash reconciliation for clients
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients for operational inquiries and problem resolution
Monitor and control risks associated with prime brokerage activities, including trade processing, settlement, and corporate actions
Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely and accurate completion of corporate actions

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years in Prime Brokerage Middle Office role
Bachelor’s Degree (preferably Mathematics, Finance or any related field)
Caph PB experience at another large bank
High level of proficiency with Excel
High level of client service provided to both internal and external stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple issues and effectively prioritize workload
Eager to learn and wants to working in a fast paced environment
