Strong individual with seasoned experience in business analysis role
Knowledge and understanding about Nomura applications & processes
Good hands-on experience in understanding and delivering regulatory project requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have good analytical skills and a strong attention to detail
Confidence to represent the department at relevant internal meetings.
Strong skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred, particularly in Excel VBA/macros
