Key responsibilities & impact- Lead strategic oversight and governance of shared services operations
- Establish governance frameworks for shared services functions
- Drive enterprise-wide change management and process optimization
- Serve as primary interface between onshore stakeholders and operational teams
- Build strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders
- Provide governance of offshore services and manage vendor relationships
- Oversee middle office functions supporting trading operations
- Implement control frameworks and risk management processes
- Monitor operational metrics to drive performance optimization
- Lead and develop high-performing teams
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive experience in financial services operations
- Expertise in trading operations and wealth management support functions
- Manage initiatives and projects within Operations
- Track record in managing shared services organizations
- Understanding of control awareness
- Ability to manage remote teams and large scale projects
- Strong background in change management and operational risk management
- Expertise in governance frameworks and performance metrics
- Excellent communication, analysis and coordination skills
- 8 to 15 years of relevant managerial experience
