About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Guide the regional team to use right tools and technologies to automate
- Implement the Process Re-engineering & Platform Services agenda
- Ownership and ability to self-drive Process Re-engineering identified projects
- Oversight for production operations as well as development/engineering of solutions to maximize efficiencies and automation across group
Requirements
What you’ll need- Regional leadership experience with proven ability to manage distributed teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills across different cultural contexts
- Good knowledge in scripting /automation (e.g. Python, Ansible, Shell, Django, React, RPA)
- Ability to work with functional leads to identify Process Re-engineering focus items for the function
- Experience in change management and organizational transformation
