Project Manager

• Manage consultant allocation and resource scheduling across client engagements and internal projects.
• Assess project requirements, consultant skills and availability to make effective resource allocation decisions.
• Coordinate delivery activities to ensure work is scheduled efficiently and client commitments are met.
• Monitor resource utilisation and identify opportunities to maximise productive time and bring work forward where appropriate.
• Resolve day-to-day scheduling conflicts and operational challenges, escalating significant risks when required.
• Work closely with consultants, business development teams and managers to balance business priorities and resource demands.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders.
• Identify risks, constraints and bottlenecks early, taking action to minimise their impact.
• Support the continuous improvement of resource planning and operational processes.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, communication and quality.
