About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and develop long‑term strategic relationships with key customers at senior and executive level
  • Define and execute multi‑year account strategies aligned with customer programmes and business objectives
  • Drive new business development within existing key accounts and targeted new customers
  • Lead commercial discussions and contract negotiations
  • Produce high quality proposals and maintain full accountability for revenue and forecasts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and long‑term customer satisfaction

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Senior experience in strategic account management and complex solution selling
  • Proven track record of growing major accounts and winning new business
  • Experience in rail, transport, Information and Communications Technology, or related infrastructure environments
  • Strong commercial, contractual, and negotiation capability
  • Ability to engage confidently with procurement, engineering, operations, and executive stakeholders
  • Technically credible, with the ability to articulate digital and connectivity solutions
  • Degree in Business, Engineering, Information and Communications Technology, or a related discipline
  • Fluent in English & French (spoken and written)
  • Willingness to travel regularly
  • Clean driving licence
