Head of Sales

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and develop long‑term strategic relationships with key customers at senior and executive level
- Define and execute multi‑year account strategies aligned with customer programmes and business objectives
- Drive new business development within existing key accounts and targeted new customers
- Lead commercial discussions and contract negotiations
- Produce high quality proposals and maintain full accountability for revenue and forecasts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and long‑term customer satisfaction
Requirements
What you’ll need- Senior experience in strategic account management and complex solution selling
- Proven track record of growing major accounts and winning new business
- Experience in rail, transport, Information and Communications Technology, or related infrastructure environments
- Strong commercial, contractual, and negotiation capability
- Ability to engage confidently with procurement, engineering, operations, and executive stakeholders
- Technically credible, with the ability to articulate digital and connectivity solutions
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Information and Communications Technology, or a related discipline
- Fluent in English & French (spoken and written)
- Willingness to travel regularly
- Clean driving licence
