About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate the technical delivery of projects, from solution design and documentation to testing, deployment, and troubleshooting.
Work closely with the Project Manager to coordinate internal teams and ensure deliverables are completed within the specified timescales.
Engage with clients to determine requirements, agree solutions, review documentation, agree test plans, and present results.
Design solutions during the presales stage and finalise designs during the project phase.
Create project documentation in line with requirements and planning.
Support factory acceptance testing (FAT) and on-site acceptance testing (SAT) to ensure successful service delivery.
Troubleshoot issues through direct investigation or by coordinating with internal teams or manufacturers.
Manage the handover to clients or in-house support staff, including training.

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least three years of hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting network devices such as switches, routers, and access points.
Strong knowledge of IP networking, wireless technologies, and Linux platforms.
Understanding of TCP/IP networking, LAN and VLAN IP planning.
Advanced knowledge of Linux.
Hands-on experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting network devices including switches, routers, access points, and associated cabling.
Troubleshooting and problem management experience in a networking environment.
Good understanding of RF environments.
Strong documentation skills using Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, IT, or Computing Engineering, or a related subject.
