About the role
- Build a new CRM business unit with autonomy and real, meaningful challenges.
- Work with the Product and Customer Success (CS) teams to improve our CRM feature.
- Operate the CRM BPO directly for pilot clients in a hands-on capacity.
- Create playbooks, routines, processes, and repeatable service best practices.
- Structure and, subsequently, recruit and lead the BPO operations team.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with CRM, customer retention, or performance marketing.
- Experience in food service and/or startups is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to read and interpret data and KPIs.
- Learning mindset: test, fail, learn, and iterate quickly.
- Builder mentality, with willingness to start small and scale consistently.
