About the role

  • Build a new CRM business unit with autonomy and real, meaningful challenges.
  • Work with the Product and Customer Success (CS) teams to improve our CRM feature.
  • Operate the CRM BPO directly for pilot clients in a hands-on capacity.
  • Create playbooks, routines, processes, and repeatable service best practices.
  • Structure and, subsequently, recruit and lead the BPO operations team.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with CRM, customer retention, or performance marketing.
  • Experience in food service and/or startups is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to read and interpret data and KPIs.
  • Learning mindset: test, fail, learn, and iterate quickly.
  • Builder mentality, with willingness to start small and scale consistently.
