About the role
- Monitor and manage the intake of leads into the sales funnel (originating from the Growth team);
- Conduct profile analysis (ICP) to qualify and identify ideal leads;
- Reach out to leads, build relationships, and drive the lead nurturing process;
- Present the company's solutions and brands to entrepreneurs, generating interest and engagement;
- Organize and track the sales meeting schedule using sales management and CRM tools;
- Collect, monitor, and interpret sales process performance metrics;
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement and the development of commercial strategies.
Requirements
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and active listening skills;
- Analytical mindset to work with data and commercial performance metrics;
- Interest in process automation and the use of AI tools to optimize the sales funnel;
