About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide IP/MPLS network configuration, integration, migration and maintenance services for Nokia's IP Routing product suites
Lead and execute complex deployment and integration projects
Provide technical support, troubleshooting and on-call services
Contribute to presales activities, including leading Proof of Concept (PoC) projects and trials
Participate in or lead network design activities
Support mainly local customers in the Israeli market

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience delivering professional services including network engineering, implementation, testing and customer support, remotely and onsite if required
Strong knowledge of IP networking
Knowledge of routing protocols: OSPF, ISIS, BGP
Knowledge of signaling protocols: RSVP-TE, LDP
Knowledge of Segment Routing, QoS, IP VPN, VPLS, EVPN, BNG, NAT, Seamless MPLS and IPSec
Hands-on experience building, deploying, troubleshooting and fault-finding
Advanced IP/MPLS training/certifications, such as Nokia NRS-II / SRA, Cisco CCNP/CCIE or Juniper JNCIP/JNCIE
Proven record in customer-facing activities and communication
Ability to cooperate within the team and with customers/partners
Willingness to invest in continuous learning
Fluent written and verbal English
Nokia solutions and products knowledge is an advantage
Cisco/Juniper router expertise is an advantage
Linux knowledge, scripting capabilities using Python and Ansible, and RESTful API integration are preferred
