About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Use the Theory of constraints to identify opportunities for cost reduction, increased throughput, workflow improvements, etc.
  • Communicate with management and other personnel to develop production and design standards
  • Develop and implement best labor practices (touch time optimization, etc)
  • Work closely with the engineering team to identify yield improvement roadmaps

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelors degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Highly proficient in use of Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Experience in AutoCAD
  • Experience with SAP
