About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for key business areas, ensuring accurate and timely insights.
  • Provide strategic decision support to senior leadership, offering financial performance analysis and recommendations.
  • Develop advanced financial models and scenario analyses to aid leadership in long-range planning.

  • Drive continuous improvement and digitalization of FP&A processes, tools, and ways of working.
  • Champion the adoption of modern FP&A technologies, automation, data visualization, and AI-enabled analytics.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations, maintaining high standards of integrity.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master's degree in finance, or other relevant field.
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in finance, FP&A, business control, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of leading complex financial analysis and planning in a global context.
  • Strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving.
  • Independent, structured leadership style with strong collaboration skills and a global mindset.
  • It would be nice if you have:
  • Experience with advanced analytics, automation, data visualization, and AI/ML in finance is an asset.
  • Hands-on approach, combining strategic vision with practical execution and ownership of key deliverables.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset to build strong cross-functional relationships.
