About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Application Development – Designing, coding, and implementing software applications.
- Ensuring scalability, security, and performance of applications.
- Working with cross-functional teams, including Architects, product managers, and QA Testers.
- Creating technical documentation for code, processes, and applications
- Troubleshooting and resolving performance bottlenecks in applications.
- Mentoring and supporting developers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Reviewing & Optimizing applications code quality and performance
- Participating in software architecture and design discussions, contributing ideas and solutions
- Keeping up to date with emerging technologies, programming languages, and industry trends.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A Graduate / Post graduate in Engineering or equivalent with 10+ years of software development experience with strong Telecom domain expertise in 2G/3G/4G/5G Core Networks, VoIP/VoWiFi, and related call flows/protocols.
- Hands-on development experience in C/C++ or Java with strong knowledge of Multithreading, IPC, and Client-Server architectures.
- Deep understanding of 3GPP standards (E-UTRAN, NG-RAN, IMS), SS7, Diameter, SIP, HTTP2, and Location Services (LCS).
- Expertise in Linux, SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, Redis, Cassandra), and Cloud-Native/Containerized environments.
