About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive test strategy, automation, performance validation, and end-to-end quality assurance for carrier-grade solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure scalable, reliable, and high-performing telecom products.
  • Conduct functional, performance, regression, and user acceptance testing.
  • Identify, raise issues in tools like JIRA, and track defects through to resolution.
  • Analyze test results and report findings to stakeholders.
  • Identify and report performance bottlenecks in applications.
  • Assist in quality assurance processes and best testing practices.
  • Ensure scalability, security, and performance of applications.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Graduate or equivalent degree with 8+years of experience in Core Telecom IMS Domain with deep understanding of 2G/3G/4G/5G, IMS, VoIP/VoWiFi Core Network architectures, call flows, and protocols.
  • Proven experience in telecom software product testing, including test planning, test execution, automation, defect management, and performance testing.
  • Hands-on experience with telecom protocols such as Diameter, SIP, HTTP2, SOAP/XML/JSON, and troubleshooting using Wireshark/tcpdump.
  • Strong Linux (RHEL/Rocky Linux) knowledge with application-level debugging, database troubleshooting (MySQL/Redis), and automation skills.
