About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear technical requirements.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, regulatory teams, and global engineering teams.
- Ensure architecture adheres to security and regulatory standards.
- Use AI tools to convert requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and high‑level architectural designs.
- Design system architecture for applications using Python, Django, PostgreSQL, Angular, React.js, and Azure Cloud services.
- Develop workflow diagrams, sequence diagrams, and architecture documentation with AI assistance.
- Create AI‑generated high‑level code scaffolding for backend and frontend components.
- Develop independently working Proof‑of‑Concepts (PoCs) to validate complex ideas.
- Guide developers in understanding architectural decisions and design patterns.
- Drive e2e feature development with the assistance of developers and Agentic SDLC framework.
- Provide technical leadership in cloud‑native application design and modernization.
- Mentor the team in leveraging AI for design, documentation, and coding.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or equivalent with 10–15 years of experience in system architecture, backend/frontend design, or cloud‑based application development.
- Strong expertise in Python, Django, PostgreSQL, REST API design.
- Experience using AI tools for design expansion, documentation, diagramming, and code generation , designing scalable, secure, cloud‑native solutions.
- Prior experience as a System Architect, Design Architect, or Technical Lead.
- Excellent understanding of SDLC, Agile, and SAFe methodologies.
- Experience with modern front‑end frameworks such as Angular and React.js is a plus.
- Deep understanding of Azure Cloud components (App Services, Functions, PostgreSQL Flexible Server, Storage, etc.) is a plus.
