Requirements

What you’ll need

PhD in EE, CS, Physics, or similar or MS degree and 5+ years of experience as Wi-Fi standardization delegate, development of Wi-Fi link and/or system simulators or extensive standardization experience (IEEE 802.11, Wi-Fi Alliance or 3GPP)
You have a strong working knowledge of Wi-Fi up to 802.11bn.
Proven track record of innovations and contributions to wireless standards
Deep knowledge of how to apply AI/ML in PHY and MAC layer
Experience in the use of link and simulation tools
You are enthusiastic about Wi-Fi technology and you are open minded and curious
Excellent communications skills and track record of working with product lines
Good understanding of agentic workflows**
