About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform recurrent maintenance tasks on all IDM components.
  • Monitor the current environment and take proactive actions to maintain the service.
  • Participate in service upgrade and enhancement deployments.
  • Interface with Idm T3 Members & Lead, Architect and Service Delivery Management for all round discussions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science with 4+ years of hands-on experience with Red Hat Linux operating systems (or other Linux operating systems) and 1+ years of hands-on experience with Red Hat Identity Management (Idm).
  • Intermediate understanding and hands-on experience with Red Hat IDM server and client installation and configuration and with Red Hat IDM operations (users/groups/hosts management, policies configuration, etc).
  • Basic understanding and hands-on experience with different services on Linux operating systems (certificate system, Kerberos KDC, DNS Server, NTP Server, etc).
  • Knowledge of LDAP, Apache, Kerberos & Linux OS Fundamentals for troubleshooting day-to-day issues.
  • Knowledge of Bash Scripts & running basic scripts for recurring tasks.
  • Exposure of Monitoring Tools (Zabbix) & proactive approach on alerts.
  • Experience in Bash Scripting & OS patching.
  • Experience of working on multiple Linux OS platforms like: RHEL, Rocky, Debian & Ubuntu
  • Knowledge of Cloud Platforms.
  • Knowledge of NIS (Network Information System).
  • Knowledge of any other identity management products.
