About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Handle customer issues and provide proactive support to ensure network stability and performance.
Manage software updates and ensure smooth implementation across the IMS Core network.
Analyze, configure, and integrate nodes/networks/systems, following best practices and industry standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to IMS Core, SBC, TAS, CFX, and Oracle DSR components.
Perform end-to-end coordination and analysis of IMS Network issues, including collaboration with hub locations.
Utilize tools like Wireshark and internal system traces/logs for effective troubleshooting and debugging.
Maintain and optimize the performance of the Core IMS Network (Nokia, ZTE & Huawei), ensuring high availability and reliability.
Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in Cloud Native Architecture, Microservices, and Docker.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and smooth operations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

B.E/B. Tech degree in a relevant field with 8-12 years of experience in core network operations.
Extensive experience with IMS Core, Oracle DSR, Nokia Cloud (CBIS, CFX, NTAS, SBC), and related technologies.
In-depth knowledge of Interfaces and Protocols: SIP, DIAMETER, DNS, ISUP, MAP, INAP, CAMEL, etc.
Familiarity with Cloud Native Architecture, Microservices, Kubernetes, and Docker is preferred.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Experience with Oracle DSR Core network operations, including SBC, TAS, CFX, and Cloud (Open Stack).
Hands-on experience with Oracle DSR and Nokia IMS CFX, TAS, SBC, and Cloud technologies.
A proactive and customer-centric approach to handling issues and providing support.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
