About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with business process owners to gather requirements and recommend ERP best practices for Source-To-Pay and Supply Chain.
  • Conduct user sessions for requirements gathering, documentation, and testing phases, including unit and user acceptance testing.
  • Lead business process mapping and gap analysis to streamline and optimize procurement processes.
  • Design and configure solutions in SAP S/4HANA, focusing on procurement, materials management, and master data areas.
  • Act as a functional subject matter expert on end-to-end Procure to Pay and Inventory Management processes.
  • Coordinate changes and testing with integration partners, ensuring quality of all deliverables.
  • Support change management efforts and user training related to new processes and platforms.
  • Participate in design governance forums and promote the use of standard solutions to minimize customizations.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A minimum of 12+ years of SAP MM (P2P) implementation experience, including at least three full life-cycle implementations.
  • Proficient in designing and configuring SAP Procure to Pay and Supply Chain solutions, strong skills in integrating the S/4HANA system with other ecosystems.
  • Expertise in customizing Procurement-related master data including Material Master, Vendor Master, and Info Records.
  • Experience in managing business process mapping, re-engineering, and gap analysis.
  • Knowledge of EWM / Ariba integration and Strong understanding of Fiori apps and role design for Fiori.
  • Technical knowledge of SD-related Webservices, BAPIs, BAdIs, and User Exits.
  • Hands-on experience with EDI configurations and implications.
  • SAP Certification (Functional and/or Technical) preferred.
