About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the planning and execution of complex, cross‑functional M&A‑led projects, owning defined components such as project goals, schedules, milestone tracking, and budget-related activities (including budget development, cost tracking, and reporting).
  • Develop and co-support the overall transaction and workstream structure;
  • Coordinate with workstream leads (HR, Finance, IT, Legal, Supply Chain, etc.) to develop and execute integration/divestment plans across sign-to-close and post-close phases.
  • Develop and manage integrated project plans, ensuring appropriate resources are assigned and milestones are met, while regularly communicating progress to stakeholders.
  • Support and manage synergy, TSA (Transition Service Agreement), separation/integration milestones, risks, and interdependencies.
  • Act as a primary point of contact across all transaction stakeholders supporting the preparation of presentations, executive and steering committee papers, and decision-making packs, to support transaction execution
  • Work with business partners to design, introduce, or re-engineer existing processes
  • Utilize skills in conflict management and team building to foster a collaborative environment, resolving issues and risks that may arise during project execution.
  • Applying strategic thinking skills to identify potential scenarios, evaluate their impact and risk, and make informed decisions that directly affect outcomes.
  • Ensure all projects are completed in accordance with all Risk, Control, and other relevant guidelines, maintaining our control environment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Mandatory 2–5 years prior experience in IMO or DMO roles, supporting integration or divestment workstreams.
  • Experience across M&A integration, divestment planning, separation readiness, TSA management, Day 1 planning, and synergy tracking
  • A solid understanding of key stages and phases of deal preparation and execution processes.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills
  • Experience with communicating with and presenting to senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Familiarity with integration/divestment frameworks, playbooks, and best-practice methodologies
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Experience working with external consultants and remote team members
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
