About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

The Project Manager is accountable for an internal customer programme (collection of projects managed together for business benefits) or project for an assigned product and / or service scope.
Assigns tasks to the project team and manages project resources and stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered in agreed scope and within forecasted costs, time, and required quality.
Responsible for the overall project success with respect to internal customer satisfaction, financial results, health & safety control activities, and operational delivery performance.
Responsible for the project planning, scheduling, and risk and opportunity management.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Preferably Engineering/Business Administration Degree with upto 12 years in IT
5+ years of experience in IT project management, with a strong focus on End User Services.
IT Infrastructure domain knowledge is a must
Proven track record of successfully delivering IT infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
Experience in managing large and complex IT infrastructure projects
Proficient in Project Management Tools & Processes and Should have sound financial management experience
Excellent understanding of ITIL framework and best practices and Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and with Microsoft 365, Endpoint Management, and other relevant technologies.
