Key responsibilities & impact

A Lead Data Architect is responsible for defining and governing the enterprise data architecture, ensuring scalable, secure, and high‑quality data platforms that enable analytics, AI, and business decision‑making.
The role bridges business strategy and technology, providing architectural leadership, standards, and direction across data domains.
He/she will be responsible to define and maintain a tooling and process framework across Nokia and provider teams in order to maximize the degree of automation of IT service tasks such as service provisioning, incident resolution, request processing, and data gathering.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field from recognized university
8 + years of relevant professional experience
Experiences in international IT Delivery organizations
Experience with Service Now,
Knowledge of architectural frameworks
A broad technical understanding: incl. Data Bases, LDAP, Office365, Azure and Google Cloud Platform, Interfaces, relevant program languages
Experience with agile development methodologies
Knowledge of automation frameworks and tools
Experience with desktop automation is a plus (NexThink, Systrack)
