About the role
- Design, implement, and execute detailed test plans and procedures for RF HW verification.
- Conduct RF performance measurements including power output, sensitivity, linearity, spectrum analysis, modulation accuracy, and spurious emissions, ensuring compliance with 3GPP, ETSI, and other relevant industry standards.
- Analyze test results, identify hardware and software anomalies.
- Work closely with hardware design, software, mechanical, and system engineering teams to provide critical feedback on design robustness, testability, and performance, influencing product development from early stages.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of test automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy of testing processes.
- Operate, maintain, and calibrate specialized RF test equipment (e.g., spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, power meters) and environmental test chambers.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for test plans, procedures, results, and failure analysis reports.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for testing processes, tools, and methodologies, incorporating lessons learned from field data and previous projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Understanding of RF principles and measurement techniques.
- Experience in RF performance testing and validation of electronic hardware.
- Familiarity with RF test equipment and environmental test chambers.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and propose effective solutions.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

- Hands-on experience with advanced RF test equipment and automation tools.
- Knowledge of industry standards for RF performance and reliability).
- Experience with fault management systems and quality reporting.
