About the role
- Research and develop advanced machine learning and AI techniques and algorithms
- Evaluate algorithm performance using both real-world and simulated data
- Design and prototype systems to showcase research innovations
- Propose, investigate, and publish research in top-tier conferences and journals
- Collaborate with statisticians, computer scientists, and engineers to advance Generative AI and LLM technologies
- Prototype systems to showcase research innovations and contribute to publications
Requirements
- Currently a candidate for a PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, or a related field with an accredited school in the US
- Developed innovative AI and machine learning algorithms and solutions
- Demonstrated strong algorithmic problem-solving and software development skills, particularly with PyTorch
- Knowledge and experience in Agentic AI
- Published research papers in peer-reviewed journals and conferences
- Trained and evaluated AI models through pre-training, fine-tuning, and reinforcement learning (RL) techniques (would be nice to have)
